Andrew Tridgell f7a1227c25 SITL: added SIM_MAG_SAVE_IDS 
this controls whether SITL saves device IDs for compasses on startup
so the compasses always appear calibrated

Andrew Tridgell a0af08a3aa SITL switched to motor_mask for which actuators are motors 
this allows for any output to be an ESC, which allows for proper
simulation of quadplanes with ESCs on outputs 5-8 or 9-12, for testing
notch filtering

Andrew Tridgell cf149a9d18 SITL: added SIM_INIT_LAT_OFS and SIM_INIT_LON_OFS 
these give an initial lat/lon offset to the GPS in SITL so we can end
up with an origin a long way from the final position
