3a0ac4bb09 RC_Channel: Move aux_func to class enum
aux_func declaration shadows enums of mavlink ardupilotmega
RC_Channel declares `PARACHUTE_ENABLE = 21`
ardupilotmega defines it as `PARACHUTE_ENABLE=1`

This fix a compilation error with clang-8
