ff11b13f9c tools: In install-prereqs-ubuntu.sh add support for relative paths 
Install the required projects (PX4*) in the same folder from where the script is called.
Install the arm toolchain at /opt

b76b090acd tools: Make install-prereqs-ubuntu.sh work with newer versions of Ubuntu 
* Install libraries for 64bit Ubuntu systems.
* Less noise apt-get output
* Install packages required for SITL simulation
* Install pymavlink, MAVProxy and droneapi
* Remove modemmanager package
* Add autotest/ to the path

cc9c3bb5aa AC_Fence: increase default radius to 300m 
300m is still within line of sight and this should reduce the number of
false breaches due to bad GPS positions

this fixes the Replay utility, which uses subtype NONE, and will make

2fd165d023 Copter: Add esc_calib to as an app in cli 
Usage Notes:
- when in cli mode select setup
- inside setup use esc_calib <chan_mask> to launch esc calibration
  e.g. esc_calib 1010 : enable calibration for Motor 2 and Motor 4

273bc230e6 HAL_AVR: renamed pins_arduino_mega.c to .cpp 
this fixes a compiler hang on at least one Ubuntu platform. May be a
problem building empty C files?

It also makes our build more consistent
