29b16dbafd Plane: Refactor to request relative altitudes from AHRS
Removes the need for plane to do the math for finding the relative height.

Also caches the value at the same time we update current_loc, which is a
non behaviour change as that was the only time you could see a change in
the relative height propegate through the system anyways

dd98fc75a9 AP_Compass: BMM150: fix sampling time
We configure the sensor with an ODR of 30 Hz. There's no need to keep
calling the update function at 100Hz.

8b5aae37e0 AP_Motors: remove Hexa-H, change Octa-H factors
Octa-H is like an Quad-X but with each side having two additional motors placed between the front an back motors.
Octa-H is quite different from Quad-H.

8f478a62d7 AP_HAL: remove HAL_PARAM_DEFAULTS_PATH for SITL
This will remove the warning at startup that etc/defaults isn't
found, which just confuses matters when things aren't working

Calculate and display recommended values of FLOW_FXSCALE and FLOW_FYSCALE from an optical flow sensor calibration test
Save plots to flow_calibration.pdf file
Save calibration parameters to flow_calibration.param file

00ef0cec2e build: shut up cmake regarding deprecated macros
Yes, we know we are using them. Remove warnings like:

CMake Deprecation Warning at /usr/share/cmake/Modules/CMakeForceCompiler.cmake:93 (message):
  The CMAKE_FORCE_CXX_COMPILER macro is deprecated.  Instead just set
  CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER and allow CMake to identify the compiler.
