Checking the ToneAlarm under AP_HAL_Linux(BBBMINI is using that) I realize was using old kernek
3.9 device tree, so I updated to 4.X - this will affect only BBBMINI and
Blue boards.
These messages are only valid in a small subset of Linux boards (those
based on BBB and variants). The ToneAlarm class should actually be
split allowing different implementations, but for now let's just disable
the message.
By opening with O_CLOEXEC we make sure we don't leak the file descriptor
when we are exec'ing or calling out subprograms. Right now we currently
don't do it so there's no harm, but it's good practice in Linux to have
it.
Sort include alphabetically and make them in order:
Main header
system headers
library headers
local headers
While reordering, change a include of endian.h to our sparse-endian.h
which is more reliant to toolchain changes.
