Andrew Tridgell	003851a5c1	AP_SmartRTL: removed create() method for objects See discussion here: https://github.com/ArduPilot/ardupilot/issues/7331 we were getting some uninitialised variables. Lucas De Marchi	903ef4d065	AP_SmartRTL: update example to new API and fix object copy ahrs should be a reference to DummyVehicle::ahrs, otherwise it will act on a different object.
