Andrew Tridgell	73223ee458	remove Mavlink_Common.h and used deferred logic for params/waypoints ... this moves the mavlink send logic into GCS_Mavlink.pde, and also ensures we only ever send parameters and waypoints when there is sufficient space in the serial send buffer	2011-09-19 11:04:02 +10:00
