5f8b7e990e autotest: make scripts directory relative to CWD
This is where the library is expecting to find the scripts directory.

The existing setup assumes that autotest has been run from the root
directory - that's not always the case.  For example, the autotest
server starts everything one-up from the root directory.

8785ff7a14 autotest: make polyfence avoidance test more reliable
Amusingly, at faster speedups the car made a decision to turn North
rather than South which it does when at lower speedups.

Gave it no choice in the matter.

3f9999d932 autotest: fixed MISSION_ITEM_INT receive to be reliable

Nothing is adjusting the streamrates on our second mavlink port, meaning
we have to get through a lot of traffic before getting acks.
