* config variable CONFIG_CHANNELS has possible values CHANNEL_CONFIG_DEFAULT or CHANNEL_CONFIG_CUSTOM * config_channels.h only provides APM1/APM2 mapping when CONFIG_CHANNELS == CHANNEL_CONFIG_DEFAULT
