- Created ORIGIN_LAT/LON/ALT parameters for setting a default efk origin when no positioning sensor is available
- Allow estimating the World Magnetic Model using location or ekf origin instead of GPS

- Warn users when arming if there's no WMM estimate
- Fix but from beta1 where motor detection was requiring a valid position
