In 'compile()' method, renamed 'includes' parameter to 'include_dirs' for

consistency with 'build_ext' command option.
Changed 'compile()' and 'link_shared_object()' so 'include_dirs',
  'libraries', and 'library_dirs' can be lists or tuples.
