The http.cookiejar module has is_blocked() and blocked_domains()
methods, so "blocklist" term sounds better than "denylist" in this
module.
Replace also denylisted with denied in test___all__.
The “readline” module already has a workaround using setlocale(LC_CTYPE,
NULL). The code in test___all__ calls getlocale(), which can subtly alter
the locale string and cause the test framework to complain.

warnings.catch_warnings() now returns a list or None instead of the custom

It consists of code from urllib, urllib2, urlparse, and robotparser.
The old modules have all been removed. The new package has five
submodules: urllib.parse, urllib.request, urllib.response,
urllib.error, and urllib.robotparser. The urllib.request.urlopen()
function uses the url opener from urllib2.
Note that the unittests have not been renamed for the
beta, but they will be renamed in the future.
Joint work with Senthil Kumaran.
functions have been added to the subprocess module.
The fixer for this still needs to be written and proper Py3K deprecation
warnings for the functions that didn't make the transition need to be done in
2.6.
This is all part of trying to close issue #2872.
